At Inclusive Fitness®, we understand that many families come to us after trying options that just didn’t work. That’s why our Adaptive Fitness Programs in Burlington are intentionally designed for each person who walks, jumps, skips, or rolls through our doors. Every element—from coaching methods to environment to communication style—is built to support a wide range of profiles, abilities, preferences, and goals. Whether an athlete is new to fitness or ready for the next level, our approach blends expert coaching, functional strength training, and individualized support in a sensory-friendly setting. Each athlete begins with a simple, thoughtful intake process so we can understand how they move, think, and connect. From there, we build a personalized fitness program to support strength development, motor planning, emotional growth, and confidence—one goal at a time. One-on-one training built entirely around the athlete. Sessions are tailored to meet individual needs and build trust, strength, and confidence at the athlete’s pace—with expert guidance every step of the way.

A two-on-one format that combines personal attention with shared motivation. Ideal for siblings, friends, or athletes ready to build skills and confidence alongside someone else in a supportive setting.

Small Group Strength

Small Group Sessions

Group sessions focused on building functional strength, consistency, and routine. Three to four athletes move together through structured workouts that support everyday skills and encourage peer connection.

Large Group Sessions

Large Group Sessions bring together groups of five or more athletes for inclusive, high-energy workouts focused on building strength, stamina, and connection. With expert coaches leading every session, athletes receive guidance and support while working at their own pace, making progress within a team environment.

Sensory-Friendly. Athlete-Ready.​

Inclusive Fitness is located in Burlington, MA, and was purposefully designed to be calm, welcoming, and accessible for neurodivergent athletes. The space features open layouts, low-sensory zones, and visual supports like whiteboards and picture cards to aid communication and reduce anxiety. Every session takes place in a structured, supportive environment, allowing athletes to feel safe, focused, and confident. Free on-site parking makes visits easy and convenient for families, and the layout accommodates both individual and group training with plenty of space for movement and engagement.
