What our Coaches Say

Becoming a coach at Inclusive Fitness has been one of the most meaningful decisions of my life. Nearly four years later, the work is still just as fulfilling and energizing as it was when I started. Every day, I have the opportunity to work with incredible athletes, collaborate with talented coaches, and continue growing my own skills and knowledge. If you’re passionate about helping others through fitness and committed to making a real impact, this is the place for you!”

- Dan Cronin, Head Coach, West Roxbury

If you’re looking for a role that offers purpose and growth, this is where you belong. Every day, coaches at Inclusive Fitness help someone take a step forward… lifting more, moving better, believing in themselves, and gaining independence. This work asks a lot of you, and it gives back just as much. I love this job because I get to make a real, tangible difference in the lives of people who, before Inclusive Fitness, were often left out and very few places offer the chance to create that kind of impact every day.”
